The Hail Claims Process from Start to Finish

Below is a brief overview of the insurance claim process to help you better understand what to expect:

01. Free Storm Damage Assessment

First, we will conduct an inspection of your property. If there wasn't damage, or of the damage was not significant enough, we will let you know so you can have peace of mind. If there is damage, we will take photos and present our findings to you.

02. File a Claim with the Insurance Company

If you decide to file a claim, together we will reach out to your insurance company to report the damage and initiate the claims process. They will provide you with a claim number and assign an adjuster to assess the damages.

03. Insurance Adjuster Inspection

If the claims department did not provide a date for the adjuster's inspection, let us know se we can be present to advocate on your behalf for all the damages on the property. When your insurance adjuster visits your property, we will meet with him to ensure that all damages are accurately documented and included in the claim. This helps guarantee a fair settlement for you, as adjusters are often so busy they can miss damaged items.

04. Review Claim Paperwork & Choose your Contractor

After the adjuster has completed their assessment, you will receive a detailed estimate from the insurance company. We will review these documents with you, answer any questions you may have, and ensure that you fully understand the proposed scope of work.

05. Determining Any Supplemental Damages

After our review of the adjusters estimate, we will determine if there are items are still missing on your claim. Common supplemental items can include: building code required items, the building permit, skylights, windows, paint damage, screens, sheds, and many others. We want to make sure the deductible you have to pay for out of pocket covers everything that was damaged.

06. Begin Repairs

With your approval, we will begin the repair work, using only high-quality materials and industry-leading techniques. Our experienced team will keep you informed throughout the process and ensure minimal disruption to your daily life.

07. Final Walkthrough and Payment

Upon completion of the repairs, we will conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure your complete satisfaction. Once you're happy with the work, we will help you submit the necessary documents to your insurance company for payment.
